No Refund After ISBN or LLCN Assignment: Once an ISBN (International Standard Book Number) or LLCN (Library of Congress Control Number) is assigned, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds for Purchases Made After 15 Days: If you request a refund after 15 days from the date of purchase, you will receive a 50% refund.

Full Refund for Purchases Made Within 10 Days: If you request a refund within 10 days from the date of purchase, you will receive a full refund.

Marketing Packages:

No Refund Once Marketing Begins: Once our team has started the marketing services, no refund will be issued.
